In 2020, the year of rat comes in a different way. The outbreak of COVID-19 is affecting many people all over China and even the world. By February 25, 2020, more than 70,000 cases has been confirmed, and the United Nations classified the outbreak as a public health emergency of international concern. 

Recently, both WASWAC secretariat and ISWCR editorial office have received lots of consolation messages and letters from friends all over the world, including the United States, UK, Canada, Serbia, Italy, Spain, Iran, Argentina, Turkey, Thailand and many other countries.
