Based on the submitted manuscript for the 2^nd IYFSWC Forum held in Moscow in August, 2018, the proceeding edited by Sergey, Chalov, Valentinn Golosov, Rui Li, and Anatoly Tsyplenkow, was finally published with 24 related papers inclusive.
