After three months preparation, we are very pleased to announce that our journal’s website is available in ELSEVIER. We set the model as “Open Access”, which means that all people are able to download all papers without any charge over the world as long as the internet available.

All papers that have been published and will be published in this journal are both online. So far, the uploading for those paper published in Volume 1 and Volume 2 have been finished, please feel free to search and download if you are interested in it.

Since this month, all manuscripts?processing will be definitely online, so please submit your paper through our system follow the steps:
