The fourth issue of ISWCR for the year 2014 was published in the beginning of January, 2015. Eleven authors contributed 7 academic papers in this issue.

This issue has been uploaded into our website, all members of our association are authorized to make free download with the given username and password, which are included in Hot News issue No. 5 of 2014. Download at: http://www.waswac.org/report.asp

By the way, our journal has started to cooperation with ELSEVIER since this beginning of this year. The online system will be available soon. All papers (published in the year 2013 and 2014 are also inclusive) will be uploaded to ELSEVIER with open-access mode. All people will be able to make free download then.
